How do I match TB modules to a 12V, 24V or 48V inverter?
Cells are 12.8V or 25.6V nominal (7–200Ah, 89.6Wh–5120Wh). Series-string them to the inverter DC bus: one 12.8V module for INV-OGH-1.5KW-12V; two 12.8V (or one 25.6V) for 24V OGH / the 3kW INV-EU-1P; four 12.8V for a 48V OGH, OGH MAX, or 48V hybrid LV. Do not use TB packs on INV-EU-HV (160–1000V).
What cycle life, protection, and monitoring do the TB batteries have?
Rated life is 6000 cycles. The pack is IP54 with short-circuit protection and Bluetooth for status/diagnostics. Variants run from INV LFP 12007-TB (12V 7Ah) up through 12200-TB, plus 24100-TB and 24200-TB. They are building-block modules for small hybrid/off-grid systems, not a drop-in high-current 51.2V wall cabinet.
Should I pick TB modules or the 5.12kWh ESS wall-mount?
Use TB when you need 12.8/25.6V blocks, odd Ah sizes, or to series-build a 12/24/48V bus for Hybrid-OGH and compact hybrids. Use INV-ESS-512-WM when you want a 51.2V / 100Ah / 5.12kWh wall cabinet, 50A continuous, active balancing, 3.5-inch LCD, and up to 16 units in parallel on 48V LV hybrids or OGH MAX.
